Primary Purpose: The Lean Agile Transformation Lead will lead the overall strategy, planning, and execution of the agile transformation program to support ADUSA Product and Platform based IT Operating Model. As the head of Agile Center of Excellence, this role will interact and partner with senior leaders and utilize strong influencing, relationship, and leadership skills, coupled with thought leadership to drive strategic Agile Transformation in support of transformational goals and business metrics.
