We currently have a need for an Agile team facilitator!
The Agile team facilitator (ATF) will be accountable for creating and improving Agile processes within the team and explain the value of Agile. In addition, the facilitator will help the team mature their Agile mindset through facilitating daily standups or retrospectives and will also ensure these activities deliver value to the team. The ATF will also define and implement Agile principles, practice, and understand how to operate and respond quickly to the changing world around them.
The purpose of the role is to take accountability for the delivery of value to stakeholders. The ATF is expected to empower, lead and coach geographically dispersed teams to be successful and self-organizing.

Responsibilities
Empower, lead and coach geographically dispersed teams to be successful, self-organizing, and adapt to change
Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, story pointing sessions, release planning, and retrospectives for the HR Technology team
Act as iteration manager, managing backlog and assisting with prioritization
Assist with project release planning
Responsible for Agile processes and improvement within the team
Prioritize removal of impediments and coach the team to resolve them
Build strong, trusted relationships with business and customer groups and within the team, by helping the team to make their work transparent, and managing change as issues arise
Ensure the team remains focused on priorities and aligned to strategy and roadmaps, and that backlog and release plans are maintained
Ensure the team delivers fully tested, working software that meets the business need
Apply Agile techniques to stabilize or improve team velocity
Understand the areas of the system the team is responsible for in order to make informed decisions
Understand software development practices
Assess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices
Defines detailed, granular, and development-ready stories
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
3+ years' experience as an Agile Team Facilitator or working in a similar role in a lean or scrum environment with demonstrated experience standing up new teams
Experience with one or more Agile tools (such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and/or other leading agile tools). Jira experience preferred.
Demonstrates Agile mindset and working knowledge of Agile techniques - specifically Scrum and User Story Writing
Ability to influence change across both team and leadership levels through relationship building and collaboration
Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills
Strong collaboration, facilitation and conflict management skills
Experience working with Managed Service providers and offshore teammates
Experience with HR Processes, HRIT, HRIS, HR CoE Stakeholders preferred
Anticipated salary range: $88,500 - $105,000
